We’re always striving to improve the service levels for both our clients and also their clients or residents where appropriate. With this in mind, we conducted a survey early in the year to find out exactly how clients rated our service and what we could do to improve.
We were over the moon with the number of clients who took the time to respond with their thoughts, comments and enquiries. We were also taken completely by surprise, in a nice way, that 100% of respondents said they would recommend us!
It was clear that we hadn’t done enough to let clients know the extent of services on offer, including our electronic reporting for commercial works, and we hope we’ve put that right now, especially with the content on our website. There were also some suggestions for additional services, including the cleaning of street furniture, which we can respond to on a case by case basis.
More work is still to be done but we would like to say another big thank you to everyone that gave us some feedback.
