We have a dedicated team of DBS checked horticulturists/ landscaping experts who are qualified to NPTC standards. In addition our systems and insurance are to commercial and public standards and are complimented by our ISO9001 Quality Management Systems and SafeContractor Health and Safety certification.

Our Community

Our Environment

As a business we aim to progressively improve our environmental credentials and to minimise our impact on the environment with improved carbon management. At RTML we are determined to be a leader in our field and an example to others in addressing the threat of climate change. We believe it makes sense to pay attention to the environmental impact of our business practises, and through simple product and operational considerations we can make a difference.

Recycling / Reuse

Our landscape operation recycles and reuse 100% of their wood waste. Our 5000 sq. foot operational buildings accommodate all of our landscape waste and timber sections which are handled and processed to facilitate re use or recycle as wood chip, mulch, bark or logs.

Our Quality Processes

Our quality processes have been designed to fit with the fast moving nature of landscape services and ensure an excellent quality service provision. RTML undertake the following:

  • Employment of highly competent, qualified staff with the skills and experience to undertake the roles required
  • The use of daily risk assessments, site specific risk assessments and detailed method statements, ensuring best practice
  • Daily quality checks are undertaken by the team leaders
  • Weekly quality checks are undertaken by Managing Director
  • Monthly quality inspections undertaken with the Service Manager
  • Monthly service review meetings to assess the service provision
  • The use of robust procedures to implement changes to the services if required.

RTML implemented a certified ISO 9001 quality management system a few years ago, now upgraded to the 2015 Standard and most recently accredited in March 2019. The system is designed to provide compliance to relevant legislation, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of all our activities and processes.

It underpins our values as business owners and enables a positive, process-driven way of working that benefits both us as a business and our clients.

In order to provide an assurance of quality to our clients, the certified ISO 9001:2015 quality management system will fulfil:

  • Continuous development, implementation and review of all method statements
  • Applicable regulatory requirements, while aiming to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Continual improvement of performance in pursuit of these objectives.
