Andrea Pickerin

When I asked you to remove a tall pine and fir tree from my garden, as well as some lower shrubs, I really didn’t expect to be wowed by the experience. In fact I was completely and utterly amazed by the sheer speed and efficiency of your team. Within an hour and a half everything had been taken down, shredded AND recycled to a footpath through the woods in West Bletchley!

One of your guys then spent another couple of hours thoroughly grinding all the tree and shrub stumps so that the ground can be reused again.

I cannot thank you enough and really wish I had some more trees so that I could go through the experience all over again!

Ann Jenkins

Very knowledgeable and supportive. With Automower® they have freed up my gardener’s time to do other jobs in the garden. I like not having to worry about mowing the lawns

David Gray

Friendly and I trust RTM to provide help, support and high levels of personalised service. Helped me transition into Automower® and helped me to take care of my mower.

Drayton Park School

It has made a difference having [the grounds] left to RTM and all taken care of. Keep as you are, good standards.

David French, Site Manager, Drayton Park School

Very positive local reaction to the first cut – you boys done good!

Granborough Parish Council

RTM have fulfilled the devolved services and play area grass cutting contracts for Granborough Parish Council since 2016/17 and were awarded the contract for 2017/18 based on the excellent standard of service. Work always takes place as scheduled, requests for additional work or ad hoc changes are handled professionally. Invoicing is accurate and on time, communications are always answered promptly in a warm and friendly manner and I don’t have to wonder if work has been done when promised. RTM landscapes has made my job much easier. Recommended.

Prompt response, knowledgeable. Lawn is the best it’s ever been with Automower® and frees up time. Recommending to everyone.

Kay Bennett

They did what they said they would, turned up on time, worked very hard on the Automower® installation and have been available for questions since.

I like not having the pressure of needing to cut the grass. It’s just one less thing to find time for.

Kents Hill & Monkston Parish Council – 1

We at Kents Hill and Monkston Parish Council have been working with RTM Landscapes since Apr 2016 having gone through a tender process. They maintain all three of our allotment sites and I can honestly say that it is a pleasure to work with such a professional, efficient and effective organisation. If ever I have a query or issue I get a response within 24/48 hours either via email or mobile phone. Any challenges that we have, RTM will always come up with a recommendation or solution and they are very open to constructive feedback in order to continuously develop relationships. If any insurance or legislative certificates run out of date I automatically receive the updates without having to chase. I would gladly recommend RTM Landscapes.

Vicky Mote, Clerk to the Council and Responsible Financial Officer

Kents Hill & Monkston Parish Council – 2

Nothing seems too much trouble, Tan is very warm and friendly and Wayne and the team are responsive, reliable and efficient. I have little to no experience with managing allotments and it means I have been able to leave the maintenance to RTM and not have to worry about it. I’ve never received any complaints from allotment tenants regarding RTM’s work so can only assume that the tenants are also satisfied.

Just keep doing what you’re doing!

Abi Bassett, new Clerk to the Council and Responsible Financial Officer

Liz Carver

I like the personal service, good advice and expert knowledge. They found the best solution for a problem and then sorted the installation and operation out of our robot mower. It has literally transformed our weekends by freeing up precious time.

Marsh Gibbon Parish Council

One Councillor had recently been to the cemetery and thought that it looked really good – “hadn’t looked better”

Martin Wetherill

RTM has helped solve a grass cutting problem. The staff are helpful and go out of their way to deal with problems quickly.

Matt Garside

So helpful and knowledgeable – it would have been hard work and a bit of a mystery to set the Automower® up myself. It’s just amazing to always have a well-mown lawn!

It’s made a huge difference – able to look forward to enjoying the garden with the main chore removed! Delighted with the service!

Moreton Pinkney Parish Council

Quality, proficiency, together with versatility when there is a sudden new requirement to mow prior to a village fete. You even seem to be keeping the verges under good order, as well as the green spaces.

By its actions and diligence RTM has shown the Parish Council in a good light. We have received nothing but praise about your workmanship. Perhaps your could share your secret with Northamptonshire Highways and their road repairs team?

Gary Denby, Clerk, Moreton Pinkney Parish Council

North Crawley Parish Council

We have been working with RTM for some years now. Before that, we were with the Milton Keynes Council contract and the service is much better and more responsive. The team are friendly and responsive to our needs. Also the groundsmen at the cricket club have been very complimentary about the new grass cutting contractors.

Sheila Bushnell, Clerk, North Crawley Parish Council

Oving Parish Council

RTM Landscapes took over the contract for grounds maintenance and verges, footpaths and bridleways in 2017. Areas to be cut for the parish, include many footpaths and bridleways, recreation ground, football pitch and play areas as well as verges, hedges and other ad hoc work. We also operate devolved services for Bucks County Council. RTM deal with requests for additional work quickly and efficiently. Their team is keen to learn about the village, they are knowledgeable and helpful and we won Best Kept Village! We have had positive feedback from parishioners and would recommend them to other parishes.

Sue Severn, Parish Clerk, Oving Parish Council

Potterspury Parish Council

We can rely on RTM Landscapes to provide a varied range of services at reasonable prices, which are done quickly and efficiently. This gives us peace of mind that urgent work will be done promptly. The standard of work is very good and therefore we are getting good value for money. They are always professional and reliable and go “the extra mile” to provide an excellent service.

Having used their services for several years, I would have no hesitation in recommending this very friendly and able company. Indeed, I have recommended them to other Parish Councils. Knowing they are only an email away makes my work-life a lot easier!

Jane Spence, Parish Clerk

Premier Estates

RTM are without doubt one of the best grounds maintenance contractors I work with. Their quotes are detailed and extensive, with all relevant method statements provided in a swift and clear manner. Their work on site is excellent meeting the requirements of residents and improving the development. They also regularly go the extra mile for us and never simply walk past a problem, even if it is something outside of their direct area of responsibility.

David Williamson, Estates Manager

Romans Field School

The team at RTM are very approachable and quick to come out and quote for us. They are a reliable, friendly team.

Sue Worley, Business Manager, Romans Field School

Shabbington Parish Council

RTM Landscapes have been working with Shabbington Parish Council since 2016 and during that time they have made a significant difference to both the appearance and condition of the grass verges, footpaths and bridleways in the village. The Parish Council was mandated by villagers to undertake devolved services from Bucks County Council, necessitating a sharp rise in the Precept in year one. We receive many compliments about their work, and if there are any issues they are dealt with immediately. They are also responsive when there is an emergency, and deal with landowners with tact and discretion. Their work is recommended without hesitation.

Sue Severn, Parish Clerk, Shabbington Parish Council

Shenley Brook End and Tattenhoe Parish Council

I like the speedy and honest approach to work in our area. What has made a difference is the quick responses to service requests, comprehensive quotations, reliability of service, high standard of work and employees are helpful and polite.
