The world’s first feature designed to bring nature back into our gardens and green spaces, Rewilding Mode for Husqvarna Automower® makes it a breeze to create a zone on your lawn for pollinators.

Rewilding Mode is a new feature in the Automower® Connect app, enabling you to set aside 10% of your lawn for biodiversity. This area is left unmowed, with the long grass providing habitat and shelter for pollinators. In addition, flowering species will be allowed to bloom as they are not being constantly cut back, helping pollinators further by providing nectar and pollen food sources.

How do I get set up?

It’s as simple as 1, 2, 3.

1. In the Automower® Connect app, choose “Map view” and “Add Rewilding zone.” A Rewilding zone that is 10% of your total lawn area will be added in the virtual map view.
2. Drag and drop the Rewilding zone to the desired location within your virtual map and change the shape and size as you wish.
3. You have now created your very own Rewilding zone!

The following Automower® models support Rewilding Mode: 405X, 415X, 430X NERA, 435X AWD and 450X NERA.
Important: 430X NERA and 450X NERA need a boundary wire installation to use Rewilding Mode.
