About Us
Started in 2014, RTM Landscapes is a local, family run business specialising in contract grounds maintenance and landscaping, including grass cutting, herbicide application, winter bed works and tree management. We also carry out ad hoc landscape work for both commercial and domestic clients, from wildflower meadow creation to tree surgery and restorative groundwork following other works.
In addition to our landscaping work, we also specialise in the installation and servicing of robotic mowers for both commercial clients and homeowners. Our experience ranges from pocket handkerchief sized gardens to vast private estates, public grounds and professional sports facilities – and everything in between!
RTM Landscapes is managed by Wayne Samuels and Tanith Samuels.
Wayne Samuels – Managing Director
Wayne has over 35 years of horticultural experience, starting in the industry at college and gaining experience in both public and private sector organisations. He has worked at all levels in the industry too, from Landscape Operative to Operations Director and now Managing Director.
Wayne is responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the company. including attending client or site meetings and providing advice where required. In addition Wayne oversees pricing, works programming and updating of policies and procedures.
Tanith Samuels – Finance and Services Director
Tanith is very hands-on with managing our robotic mowing service, regularly advising on and installing robotic solutions for both domestic and commercial sites, as well as organising all the winter servicing.
In addition Tanith brings 20 years of management experience to running the office, dealing with HR, Payroll, Health & Safety, Finance and Tender Submissions. She is also responsible for keeping the company compliant with legislation and ensuring that our accreditations are kept up to date.
Tanith has even been known to don her hi viz and PPE and jump on the ride-on mowers!
